Part of our service is to lift the burden of your properties from you, so you are free to carry out your own business. We have adopted a number of innovative solutions to help in this. Our rate payment service removes the administrative burden of processing and paying bills, and is generally self financing. For clients with multiple properties, we provide a Client Portal enabling the quick transfer of required information and also providing clients with access to key property data, reports and surveyor contact details.

We assign a Chartered Surveyor as your client manager to provide you with a single point of call, to ensure help and advice on any property related subject is only a phone call or email away.
